Heaters are the most commonly used devices to generate heat in the residences and offices. There are many different types of heaters available in wide varieties which are given below:

Electric Heaters:
Electric heaters are the best sources of heat and they are 100 percent efficient than others. They convert electricity in to heat. The advantages of using electric heaters are they do not cause any health hazard and there is less chance of the heater exploding or causing fire. There are many types of electric heaters like convection heaters and radiant heaters etc.

Natural gas Heaters:
These are also known as LPG heaters. They come in wide varieties some have bases and some are mounted. This heater is most ideal for heating large areas. They are very efficient and are also available as a patio heater. There is a need to connect these heaters to a gas supply line to run the operation.

Kerosene Heaters:
These can be called as paraffin heaters and is mainly used for supplemental heat. Kerosene is the source of heat in these heaters. They are portable, un vented and has double heating capacity. They are most ideal for heating large areas.

Wood Burning Space Heaters:
These are very efficient and safely warm the entire area without any burden on the electric bill. There is a need for installing a chimney if you want to use wood burning heaters. This wood burning heater is more efficient than the normal fireplace and it is best for warming the patios.

Alcohol addiction is a condition where there is compulsive need for an intoxicating liquid, alcohol. A person is said to be addicted to alcohol if he experiences withdrawal symptoms such as nausea, sweating, shakiness, or anxiety when alcohol consumption is stopped. Long term alcohol abuse can cause number of physical and psychological symptoms, physical symptoms includes including cirrhosis of the liver, pancreatitis, epilepsy, polyneuropathy, alcoholic dementia, heart disease, nutritional deficiencies, and sexual dysfunction. Psychiatric symptoms of the alcohol addiction includes a wide range of mental health problems. The psychiatric symptoms in the case of an alcohol addict includes anxiety and depression. Psychosis, confusion, and organic brain syndrome may be caused by alcohol misuse. Psychiatric disorders differ depending on the gender. Women who have alcohol use disorders often have a psychiatric diagnosis such as major depression, anxiety, panic disorders etc., associated with it.

Emotional Reasons:
Emotions are the primary reasons for the alcohol abuse. People who are consistently depressed tend to become alcohol dependent. Alcohol abuse is also used as a means of escapism and alcohol dependency increases depression.

Socioeconomic Reasons:
Socioeconomic reasons for alcohol abuse vary. Wealthy people have sufficient resources and they also can have more access to alcohol when compared to the poor people. With in this wealthy people, alcohol abuse may also depend on the age, sex and other demo graphical factors.

Psychosocial:
Teens are particularly prone to psychosocial influences as they have social motivation to start drinking. Peer pressure is also one of the reasons for initiating the alcohol. Youth tend to consume more alcohol as they name more reasons to drink.

Environmental Factors:
Generally alcohol is available at low prices, therefore, there is an easy access to the alcohol. These environmental factors contribute to the increase of alcohol abuse in the individuals. Prevalent drinking cultures and laws also contribute to subsequent alcohol abuse.

Society, is a group of people living under a single roof.   • Drug is a powerful product which directly affects the nervous system, thereby affecting the individual's behavior. He may become aggressive and can involve in any kind of illegal activities which involve robbing, stealing, killing some one and do any kind of things for the sake of drugs. These consequences result in the increase in crime rate and creating harm to the innocent people.
  • In order to use these drugs they have to be produced from some place. Because of the increase in the number of abusers, the production increases and the black market activity involved in drug trafficking increases which shows adverse effects on the economy again.

These are only few things about how the society gets affected, so it is better for the drug users to keep it in mind that they are not only hurting themselves but also affecting the society.
