Electric heaters are the best sources of heat and they are 100 percent efficient than others. They convert electricity in to heat. The advantages of using electric heaters are they do not cause any health hazard and there is less chance of the heater exploding or causing fire. These are also known as LPG heaters. They come in wide varieties some have bases and some are mounted. This heater is most ideal for heating large areas. Kerosene Heaters:
These can be called as paraffin heaters and is mainly used for supplemental heat. Kerosene is the source of heat in these heaters. They are portable, un vented and has double heating capacity. They are most ideal for heating large areas.

These are very efficient and safely warm the entire area without any burden on the electric bill. There is a need for installing a chimney if you want to use wood burning heaters. This wood burning heater is more efficient than the normal fireplace and it is best for warming the patios.
